Bottle Is My Name

Bottle

is my

name

Bottle is my name, come drink from me deeply,

my vessel of plastic and glass

and sometimes I’m even covered in metal or tin.

I come in all sizes, for you to enjoy, wrap your lips

around my head and breathe in. I don’t mind

a beer, some coke, or some gin

but share me with wine for some bliss.

I’m sometimes filled with warm milk

for babies to drink

and sometimes I’m smashed

when people are too

drunk and have partaken in me,

my insides, my fluids,

my hymn.

For thousands of years

I have been where you drink,

Bottle Is My Name,

I Am Timeless!

(AND Priceless!)

((of course I am biased!))

Stairs is my name Stairs is my name, you’ll climb Up and Down me, I layer up to transport and transform you To the top of whatever, Point A to Point B, less likely to slip like my friend Hill.
