Christmas Is My Name

Christmas is my name Christmas is my name, I’m jolly, I’m tinsel but what I’m really about… Birth of Christ. But presents and Santa is what everyone knows, what everyone expects when I visit them each year. I’m in Winter or Summer depending on where you live, great celebrations and feasts are held in my name. Serenade me with carols, drink deeply my name, put stars on my trees, play happy family! So much comes to mind, So many stories, and, dare I say it, bullshit, but if I make you all joyful, cheerful and happy, carry on like you do: Christmas is my name, I think? Oh damn, I’ve forgotten! Hospital Is My Name

Hospital is my name Hospital is my name, most people do not want to go inside me, but nearly everyone does, “for better or worse”. Starting at birth, the maternity ward, expelled into sterile white walls. And then accidents, illness, disease, do their work and they all come rushing to me! You then get poked, prodded, and tested to imbibe medicines or get cut up by my friends, Mr and Mrs Surgeon. You sleep in my little rooms, sometimes you get windows, while the machinery of doctors and nurses, technicians and cleaners and numerous others keeps ticking on, 24/7 to keep everyone “alive and well”. But people do die, they enter me to never return, I’ve seen so much emotion that I’m totally indifferent. Young and Old play inside me, I feel sick most of the time, Hospital is my name, Don’t Go Near Me! Photo by Adhy Savala on Unsplash

Name Is My Name

Name is my name Name is my name, I give people labels, I actually give everyone and everything that I can these ubiquitous labels. People feel naked without me, lost without words, it’s usually the first thing that everyone says: “Hi, my name is________, what’s yours?” and so on and so forth until it’s forgotten again. So much attached to it so repeated and hurt, people become me and defend me like it’s a great war or best friends. I signify so much and so little, I identify someone and something everything seems to be me but nothing really is substance and solid is not me. I am a long-suffering sickness, celebrated since language was born, an obsession like porn the daily masturbation I have replaced what is with what isn’t. LARGE is my name

LARGE is my name LARGE is my name, associated with good things 😉 although I can be a harsh jab at appearance. BIG and HUGE are my close friends, we’re regularly searched on the net before ‘cock’ and ‘tits’ and other slang bits, we attract much attention, STANDOUT. We satisfy, give lots of pleasure, but I’m not all about sex… When I’m a bed I help sleep, people like me in food, supersize their fast orders, and they love it when I am a house, a TV. I come with lots of room, I’m proud of what I give, LARGE is my name, IT’S EASY TO FIND ME!!! Photo by Daniel Eledut on Unsplash
